Vadasdi Simmons Exchange VOWS Elizabeth Ann Vadasdi of New York, New York, and James Price Simmons of Tyler were married Nov. 5, 2016, at Saint Savior's Episcopal Church in Old Greenwich, Connecticut. Officiant was the Rev. Victoria Miller. Celebration of their marriage was held in Tyler the weekend of April 21, 2017. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gregory Joseph Vadasdi of Old Greenwich, Connecticut, and the granddaughter of the late Dr. and Mrs. Charles Vadasdi of Budapest, Hungary and Mr. and Mrs. Julius Bartal of Esztergom, Hungary. She is a graduate of Stanford University earning a Master of Business Administration and receiving a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College. She is a Principal in an investment firm in New York City. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Andrew Simmons of Tyler and grandson of Mrs. Jean Gulley of Tyler and the late J.L. Gulley Jr. and the late Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Van Simmons. He graduated from the Ranch Management program at Texas Christian University and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Christian University. He is employed with Simmons Real Estate The couple will make their home in Tyler.
